If you are looking
for an all-in-one mailer for your CDs then
our postcard discs are a great solution, being
light weight, small in size (they count as Royal Mail
standard letter size, for the lowest postage fees),
very attractive, unique and also incredible value.
We can supply these
CD postcards with a full range of business card, 8cm
circular or 12cm circular CD or DVDs, giving you a
wide range of disc choice. All of the discs are replicated
from a glass master and come with either silk screen
or offset litho printing directly onto the discs.
The discs are held
on the postcards with a resealable plastic laminate
layer that has an easy peel tab in the top right or
left corner of the postcard. This means that the
discs are securely fastened to the postcards and the
overall thickness and weight is minimised by not having
to use a foam or plastic stud to hold the disc in place.
Due to the discs
being replicated,
the minimum order quantities start at 500 discs and
the turnaround time is typically 10-12 working days
from receipt of artwork and content.
The postcard sizes
are 12cm x 18cm for the 8cm circular and business card
size discs and 15cm x 20cm for the 12cm circular discs.
The postcards are printed full colour on the front
and then black and white on the reverse. If you also
require colour printing on the reverse of the CD postcard
then please ask us for a quote.
